How We Add Extra Caffeine
Nespresso starts with unroasted beans and transfers out the caffeine for use in decaf. That natural caffeine extract is saved, then green beans selected for Melozio Boost are steam-treated so caffeine molecules can enter. Finally, the beans are infused with the extract and roasted — raising total caffeine by about 20% without changing the Melozio flavour profile.

A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas. The medium roast keeps cereal notes and honeyed sweetness front and centre — the boost comes only from natural coffee caffeine, not flavourings.
