Origin story
Volluto is a tribute to the finest Arabica beans grown by smallholder farmers in Brazil and Colombia. These high-altitude plantations follow traditional practices that respect the environment and local communities. The beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness to ensure sweetness and complexity.
Processing & roast
After harvesting, the beans undergo a washed process, which highlights their clean, bright acidity. A light roasting profile is carefully applied to preserve the delicate cereal notes of Brazilian Arabica and the fresh, fruity character of Colombian coffee. This gentle roast unlocks chocolatey and biscuity undertones without bitterness.
