About Stormio Boost
The Nespresso Vertuo Stormio Boost is a Coffee+ Mug capsule made only for Vertuo machines. How We Add Extra Caffeine
Nespresso starts with unroasted beans and transfers out the caffeine for use in decaf. That natural caffeine extract is saved, then green beans selected for Stormio Boost are steam-treated so caffeine molecules can enter. Finally, the beans are infused with the extract and roasted — raising total caffeine by about 20% without changing the Stormio flavour profile.
Origin & Roast
A dark blend of slow-roasted Nicaraguan and Guatemalan coffees. The roast keeps the cup robust and full-bodied — spicy, woody and cereal — while the boost comes only from natural coffee caffeine, not flavourings.

Enchanting and wild: spicy and woody notes with cereal warmth. Bitterness and roastiness rate 4 of 5, body 4 of 5, acidity only 1 of 5 — dense and dark, with the same great Stormio taste and a stronger caffeine kick.

Brewing Recommendations
Select Mug so the machine extracts at 230 ml and you get the full caffeine boost with the spicy, woody profile. Best as a morning or pre-focus black coffee. Keep total daily caffeine in mind if you drink more than one high-caffeine capsule.
